Kerala is the spiritual and historical home to the healing system called Ayurveda, which in many ways is one of the original models for the world's other medical system systems such as Western Medicine.

Although Ayurveda is growing popular as an adjunct to beach resorts and five star hotels throughout India, the real McCoy is not simply a massage or two in the hotel spa, but rather a serious medical practice that can resolve many ailments and is potentially effective for the management of conditions such as obesity and muscular problems.

On this tour, you will undergo a short Yoga and Meditation course in the resort itself. Apart from that you will covering cities like Cochin and Alleppey. The tour will help you to understand the culture of Kerala. Your Ayurveda tour to Kerala will be exciting, fun filled yet informative. Our assistant would be there with you. Day 01 : Cochin
Upon arrival at the Cochin Airport , our tour representative will welcome you and escort you to your hotel. Check in to the hotel and relax for the rest of the day. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 : Cochin - Alleppey
Post breakfast, drive to Alleppey. Upon arrival our representative will take you to the Ayurvedic Resort at Alleppey. The therapists at the centre will take charge of reviewing your current health condition and a tailor made treatment is designed to offer you the best and the most effective treatment. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 03 - Day 05: Alleppey
For next 2 days enjoy the delightful sights of the sleepy backwaters at Alleppey and take the best of the mind and body therapies at the ayurvedic resort. You can also exercise yoga and meditation at the resort.

Day 06 : Alleppey - Cochin
Post breakfast drive back to Cochin. On arrival, transfer to the airport / railway station to continue with your onward journey.
