Day 01 : Cochin
On arrival at the Cochin Airport , our tour representative will transfer you to a hotel of your choice. Check in to the hotel and take a much deserved break. Evening at leisure. You can go shopping at the nearby markets. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 : Cochin - Thrissur
Post breakfast, drive to Thrissur. On arrival our tour representative will take you to your hotel. Rest for a while and set out to explore the impeccable beauty of the place. Visit Athirapally and Vazhachal Waterfalls. You can also visit the Town Hall (art gallery) to see the exotic mural paintings from all parts of Kerala. Evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03 : Thrissur - Palakkad
In the morning post breakfast leave for Palakkad. On arrival check in to the Health Resort. The therapists at the health resort will conduct a health check on you. On the basis of your health report, you will be advised various ayurvedic treatments and therapies. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 04 - Day 08 : Palakkad
For the next four days take the best of the ayurvedic treatments available at the health resort. Undergo the various health therapies to rejuvenate your mind and soul. Also visit some of the most sought after tourist destinations of the area.

Day 09 : Palakkad - Cochin
In the morning after breakfast drive back to Cochin. On arrival, transfer to the airport / railway station to continue with your onward journey.
